Spring is in full effect and it’s usually a time that we gather outdoors and enjoy time with our friends and family. However this Spring is undoubtedly very different and the world is experiencing some scary unprecedented times, and not to mention a lot of loss due to COVID-19.
There is so much that is out of our control right now and I would be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge that these are very challenging times, and undoubtedly more challenging for some than others. Metaphorically we might all be in the same storm, but we are not all in the same boat. Everyone’s lives are being impacted in different ways … emotionally & mentally, physically & medically, and absolutely economically.
May is Mental Health Month and I feel like it’s right on time. I’ll be sharing information throughout the month to help raise awareness, support, and encourage as many people as I can. I truly believe that our greatest responsibility right now is to practice self-care as well as look out for one another and provide support for all humanity.
Follow Soyful Aromas on social media, IG and Facebook @soyfularomas for inspiration, encouragement, and self-care tips. Be well and be safe.
XOXO,

May is Mental Health Month and we want to help spread the word that mental health is something everyone should care about. According to the Mental Health National Organization, “1 in 5 people will experience a mental illness during their lifetime”. It is critical now more than ever in light of COVID-19 that we not only raise awareness, but support one another. So we will be doing our part in May to raise awareness via social media and of course we had to create a candle to incorporate a little aromatherapy. We hope that you will join us and we wish everyone wellness.
A proceed of monthly sales for May will be donated to the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI California).
