Returns

We want you to light up and jump for joy when you receive your Soyful Aromas purchase. But if for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please email us at info@soyfularomas.com within 3 days of receiving your order to discuss a possible replacement/exchange. All sales are final, sorry no refunds. Exchanges only. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must return the item in the original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and fully intact, so please package your return with care. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost on their way back to us, so please consider getting a tracking number for your returned item(s). If the return is due to our error or receipt of damaged goods, please contact us immediately and we will happily replace your item at no charge to you. Lastly we reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines.
