Happy hump day! We are halfway through the work week and self-care day #3 is almost a wrap (literally)! But first let me tell you about last night! I stayed up waaaay past my bedtime pampering myself, nourishing my curls, and enjoying some relaxing R&B music … it was the best I really needed that! However I am someone who requires a MINIMUM 8 hours of sleep, so you can only imagine that going to bed at 11:30PM and getting up at 5:30AM was torture for me. Soooo can you guess what my self-care goal is for today? … that’s right I am going to be early (psst, I’m actually already in bed, but I wanted to accomplish my other goal for the day and check-in with you lovelys).
A good night sleep is one of the best ways to take care of yourself. Without proper rest it’s hard to concentrate, engage with people throughout the day, complete tasks, etc. etc. So on that note, my fur-baby and I are wishing you sweet dreams and a great day tomorrow. Don’t forget to prioritize your self-care goal for the day!
